Partnership between recell.store and Zenith Vehicles

We're excited to announce a new partnership between recell.store, the UK’s first online marketplace for used EV batteries, and Zenith Vehicles, the UK’s largest independent truck-to-car vehicle leasing and fleet management company.

Together, we're developing a comprehensive solution for the safe and sustainable disposal of fleet damaged and end-of-life EV batteries, supporting the growth of a circular economy for battery materials in the UK.

Under this new collaboration:

🔋 recell.store will manage retired batteries from Zenith’s growing EV fleet
🔋  Suitable batteries will be repurposed for second-life applications
🔋  Non-reusable batteries will be recycled at parent company Altilium’s cutting-edge facilities, recovering valuable materials like lithium, cobalt and nickel

The agreement reflects our shared commitment to accelerating the UK’s transition to net zero and the decarbonisation of the automotive industry.

Backed by Altilium Clean Technology, recell.store is working with OEMs, salvage yards and fleet owners to maximise the efficient and safe reuse, repurposing and recycling of end-of-life EV batteries.
