Launch of All Battery Index (ABI)

We're excited to announce the launch of the All Battery Index (ABI), the UK's first dedicated benchmark index for tracking the value of end-of-life (EoL) electric vehicle battery packs.

Published every month on recell.store, the UK's first online marketplace for used EV batteries, the ABI brings transparency and structure to a fast-growing but fragmented sector, unlocking a trusted pricing reference for reuse and recycling.

The first monthly report covers the UK's top-selling EV models, with the Audi Q4 e-tron and the Polestar 2 topping the value rankings, based on market data and recell.store’s proprietary grading and pricing framework.
